Selected projects

Infrastructure built
around business needs.

Building an IT function to support integrated business processes, followed by a similar infrastructure assignment in a manufacturing business under the same owner.

Building the IT foundation for business digitalization.

Hired as IT Manager, I took responsibility for an environment with a payroll server, while other processes depended on manual controls and spreadsheets.

I built the infrastructure and recruited an intern to support the IT function. The work included purchasing and deploying servers, workstations, print resources, networking equipment and structured cabling, together with Microsoft security services and Exchange Server email.

Processes became faster and more reliable, with greater integration between departments, changes to administrative workflows and employee training.

Scope and responsibility

My responsibility focused on infrastructure and its administration, including preparing the environment for the business platform and participating in vendor selection. The RM/TOTVS implementation team was responsible for the functional ERP implementation.

I continued administering IT after rollout and completed Microsoft and TOTVS training to support the environment.

Business systems supported

The integrated platform covered purchasing, stock, billing and contracts; accounting; finance; fixed assets; fiscal processes; payroll; human resources; and construction project management.

The reported RM modules were Nucleus, Saldus, Fluxus, Bonum, Liber, Labore, Vitae and Solum. The vendor team handled functional implementation and the payroll transition.

Observed outcomes

Qualitative outcomes included faster, more reliable processes, stronger cross-department integration and changes to administrative organization. Staff training accompanied the transition. No retrospective percentage improvements are claimed.

02 / Continuing in a manufacturing environment

I later worked on IT infrastructure setup at a gas-compressor manufacturer under the same owner, applying the experience from the earlier assignment to another operational context.

Company names and identifying details for these two cases are omitted for professional discretion. The cases describe actual work and do not imply endorsement by the organizations.
